The World Health Organization has declared an end to the H1N1 flu pandemic. In making the announcement,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], WHO Director-General, Dr. Margaret Chan said the new H1N1 virus has largely run its course and the world is now moving into the post-pandemic period.
Dr. Chan says the world is no longer in phase 6 of the influenza pandemic alert. She says the past year has been long and full of hard work,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
◆ Remaining Vigilant
She says the hard work against the virus will continue,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but she feels both tired and happy to have arrived at the end game.
"We also are mindful of the fact that we need to continue to maintain our vigilance and not be complacent,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," Dr. Chan said. "So,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], there is going to be a lot of work to be done in the future. One important thing is to review lessons learned and how the world collectively can be better prepared for the next pandemic."

Dr. Chan says the world has entered the post-pandemic period. But, this, she says does not mean the H1N1 virus has gone away. What if you noticed how many "nows"
are in your life and just how
valuable each one is?
"Even though it doesn't feel safe to be completely focused in the NOW, I accept all of me now."
Thank You, Universe for allowing me to notice and just be in the “now” moments during my day.
(4) Yes, but... I don't see much "upside" to being in the now all the time.

Anyway, back to my new commitment and intention to be present, One Now at a Time...
Eyebrow: "What if I started to be focused in my now moments more often?"

Under Eye: "I would like to slow down and relax more."
Nose: "I could start to recognize more of my now moments."
Chin: "I don't have to give up all of my habits..."

Why am I so lousy at focusing and staying in the now? Because I was taught by everyone I ever met in my entire life to:
OK, then we'd need a plan to replace our multi-tasking behavior with an intention and behavior of focusing on each now in our lives (to the best of our ability...) I'm not asking you to change radically, that never works. But how about noticing more of those precious now moments?
As Law of Attraction teachers say -- it's all energy. So change your energy by being inspired to look for what's good about your now. It will automatically invite the Universe to help you create more abundance right now.
I know we were all taught this, but it's not factually true. Paying attention to the future doesn't make you ready or prepared, it just takes you out of your present.
Yes, being too busy will block this focus, so how about tapping on being too busy, learning how to say "no" to what doesn't work, and making time for this meditative, rewarding behavior? "Even though I'm too busy to do what's good for me..."

(2) Being focused and present in the “now” will raise your vibration immediately! And when your vibration is higher, you attract other things matching this high vibration... you know the cycle.
(4) Being in your “now” will help you get clarity about your decisions and the next "yes" in all areas of your life.

Back pain can be one of the most frustrating and painful experiences. It’s also one of the most commonly misdiagnosed problems.
That’s because back pain often isn’t caused by your back,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. It’s often an issue with your muscles or ligaments.
Let me explain.
Your body is filled with tendons that attach your muscles to your bones. There are also ligaments that attach bones to bones. As you age, your flexibility decreases. Muscles in your body shorten,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and your joints lose their range of motion. These shortened muscles then pull your bones out of alignment. This causes undue pressure on nerves and tissues, resulting in back problems.
There are three things that mainstream medicine prescribes for back pain – and all three of them are wrong,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
First, they promote unnecessary surgery. Second, they give you drugs.
Finally, the more thoughtful back doctors may promote stretching exercises. But the exercises I’ve often seen that come from orthopedics’ offices are just plain wrong. A lot of them wind up stretching the ligaments, which ends up stressing them and weakening them more. So, not only do they not work, they often wind up making the problem worse.
What’s worse, some doctors may even advise surgery before exploring alternative methods. In most cases surgery should be a last option. I’ve had many patients come into my office after having back surgery, complaining of the same symptoms and pain they had before the surgery. They wind up trading one problem for another.
Even some personal trainers and physical therapists are way off the mark. Many don’t know that you don’t want loose joints. Tighter joints mean stronger joints. Tighter joints mean you’re less likely to suffer an injury.

1. Determine how much you want
Skipping over this step will solidify a life of mediocre financial return for you. You must have a fixed number of how much money you wish to earn. Goodluck Jonathan has been sworn in as Nigeria's 14th head of state. Speaking before dignitaries from other African countries and thousands of invited guests, he promised to fight corruption and defend democracy across Africa.

Jonathan came to power last year in the political crisis that followed the prolonged illness and eventual death of the late leader Umaru Musa Yar'Adua. Jonathan won his own four-year mandate in elections last month, and took the oath of office Sunday from Nigerian Chief Justice Aloysius Katsina-Alu.

Former military ruler Muhammadu Buhari is challenging President Jonathan's election in court, saying the vote was rigged through electoral commission computers that deflated his share of the vote in northern states and inflated Jonathan's share of the vote in southern states.
The New-York based group Human Rights Watch says at least 800 people were killed in electoral violence between predominantly-Muslim Buhari supporters and mostly-Christian Jonathan supporters.
Buhari's party wants Nigeria's electoral tribunal to force the electoral commission to hand over materials that it says will allow the party to prove scientifically that the vote was stolen.
Most international and domestic observers believe the presidential, gubernatorial, and legislative elections were some of Nigeria's fairest ever.

And I just have to say that when this occurs, it is a total heartbreaker. I am serious. Do you realize that you are meant to live your heart's desires? And do you realize that your clients are waiting for you? It is crucial for you to claim the truth that you have so much to contribute,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], right here and right now, and your gifts are needed. Furthermore, every step you take in your journey has monumental value that can help you to serve with even more impact and authenticity. ~ Be wide awake and conscious in relationship to your fear I want to start by asking us to fully acknowledge what happens when we are NOT awake and conscious with our fear. Let's be honest with ourselves about the impact of avoiding, hiding or glossing over our fear. What is the price we pay for these patterns of resistance? Bottom line, what we resist persists. Whether we are paying attention consciously or not, the fear gets stronger and stronger. And what is the ultimate consequence? We get derailed from our dreams and from becoming more of who we are divinely designed to be. Given this truth, it will come as no surprise that I am going to now lovingly challenge you to start bringing your fear out into the light. No more sleepwalking through these sacred opportunities. Remember that awareness is the key. Trust that by shining the light on your fear,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you will diffuse the power and hold that it appears to have over you. Most importantly, know that you are infinitely more powerful than any fear you may encounter,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], no exceptions.

China's Foreign Ministry said over the weekend that North Korea has agreed to implement the Sept. 19,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], 2005 statement of principles signed in the fourth round of six-party nuclear talks. The announcement came after the North's chief nuclear negotiator Kim Kye-gwan met his Chinese counterpart Wu Dawei in Beijing. The statement stipulates that the North is "committed to abandoning all nuclear weapons and existing nuclear programs" while the U.S.,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], South Korea and China take steps to aid the communist country.
The first North Korean nuclear crisis in 1993 was tenuously contained with the signing of the Geneva accords,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], while the 2005 statement was to have offered a solution to the second nuclear crisis that erupted at the end of 2002.
Since July,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], China and North Korea have been pressing for the resumption of the six-party talks, but South Korea and the U.S. have insisted that North Korea first prove its determination for denuclearization by freezing operations at its nuclear plant in Yongbyon and allowing IAEA inspectors to return. China and North Korea have raised the resumption of the talks as a way out of the diplomatic impasse created by North Korea's sinking of the South Korean Navy corvette Cheonan.
There have also been calls from some politicians in South Korea and the U,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].S,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. to move on beyond the Cheonan sinking and resume the talks. But it would be unacceptable to simply brush aside an attack that took the lives of 46 South Korean sailors and resume the nuclear dialogue as if nothing had happened,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The U.S. and South Korea believe North Korea has come close to producing nuclear weapons using highly enriched uranium, in addition to the existing method of processing plutonium,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], since the end of 2008. No matter how much pressure it faces, the North will not abandon its nuclear weapons program as long as China continues to provide economic support. Because of this dilemma,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], there are calls from within the U.S. and South Korean governments to resume dialogue in any form with North Korea after the U.S. mid-term elections on Nov. 2. But the two allies need to change the present system if there is to be any hope of resolving the impasse.
The dynamics of the six-party talks has shifted from South Korea, the U.S., China, Japan and Russia pressuring and persuading North Korea to abandon its nuclear weapons program to South Korea, the U.S. and Japan on one side facing off against North Korea and China, with Russia stuck in the middle. Looking at the history of the talks, whenever the North finds itself cornered,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it returns to the six-party talks even though it has no intention of abandoning its nuclear program. As a result, skepticism about the talks has grown.
